Through Pajoma, we establish a self-sustaining, future-forward community model that harmonizes urban living, ecological sustainability and education anchored by innovation.

Each of Pajoma’s neighborhoods has complementary commercial centers focused on the elements of a balanced life: arts for inspiration, agriculture for nourishment, health for wellbeing, play for joy, education for awareness, and communal spaces for connection. Powered by tech, the Pajoma aims to promote mobility and community living.
Fresh food is another of Pajoma’s natural assets, with an organic farm, accessible produce market, and edible landscaping.
With planned events all throughout the year, Pajoma can be a place of rest, excitement, or connection; for one day, or every day.

Pajoma is created for the whole person. Our residents will value a slower pace of living. Community is important, as is minimal mental stress and optimal physical health. Pajoma is all about a laid-back lifestyle, not too far from the urban center of Atlanta. You can choose to venture out...or not.

Promoting Balance
At Pajoma, we believe a community should involve its people and its surroundings, not be an intrusion to either. We believe that people, nature, and technology can evolve together, and that humans have a mandate to facilitate that connection.
We need nature in our lives today more than ever. We need fresh air, fresh quality food, and grass under our feet. We need a place to grow and restore. A place to foster deep connections and connect with other living systems.
Our produce market and our extensive nature trails will both be anchors of the community, tied to our health and wellbeing. Through our neighborhood restaurants, and local community supported agriculture program, our residents will enjoy the freshest produce and world-class culinary experiences.
We have taken a new look at community development and have based every facet of Pajoma’s design on sacred geometry principles, common sense solutions, integrated technology, and environmental sustainability. These principles touch everything from methods of construction to the organic produce we provide.

Promoting Knowledge
Knowledge is more than power. Pajoma will include our state-of-the-art STEAM educational center, Kings Academy, focusing on turning future generations into thought leaders and change-makers of tomorrow.

A K-12 school, based on a combination of self-paced learning, project-based evaluations, and a return to critical thought, Kings Academy serves as a vehicle to produce high-performers in all forms of intelligences.
